Terms & Conditions – Win a Patrol 1/10 Scale RC Car - Minor Trade Promotion

1. Promoter
This giveaway ("Promotion") is conducted by The Diecast Dealership. ("Promoter"). By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open Australia wide to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Prize Details
First Prize: A 1/10 scale Patrol RC Crawler, 6500 mAh Battery & Smart Charger valued at AUD $1000, including delivery.

Second Prize: A Toyota FJ RC Crawler, valued at AUD $230, including delivery.

Third Prize: A 1:18 FMS Jeep RC Crawler, valued at AUD $200, including delivery.

Total Prize pool valued at $1430

4. Promotion Period

• Competition starts: June 13 2025.
• Competition ends: June 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM (AEST)
• Winner drawn: June 30, 2025

5. Entry Methods
a) Free Entry: Participants must submit their full name and email address via the entry form and verify their entry by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Limit of one (1) free entry per person for the entire Promotion Period. Additional free entries will not be counted.

b) Bonus Entries via Membership Purchases: Customers who purchase TDD memberships receive additional entries:

• Bronze Membership = 10 entries
• Silver Membership = 30 entries
• Gold Membership = 100 entries
• Platinum Membership = 500 entries
  There is no limit on the number of memberships a participant may purchase during the Promotion Period.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected via a government-approved random generator in a live draw on the Promoter’s social media page.
• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

7. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must claim their prize within 60 days of notification.
• If the prize is unclaimed after 60 days, a second-chance draw will be held, and the original winner forfeits their claim to the prize.

8. Publicity & Use of Winner’s Image
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide a photo with the prize for use in the Promoter’s social media, website, and promotional materials under the "Past Winners" section.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any other disruptions affecting participation.
• The Promoter’s decision in all matters related to the Promotion is final and binding.
